Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

• •Ownership: You retain all rights to the resumes, job descriptions, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). We claim no ownership over it.
• •Limited License: You grant us a limited, revocable license to process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service (parsing, scoring, caching, and displaying your results to you).
• •Responsibility: You confirm you have the right to upload Your Content and that it does not contain unlawful, infringing, or malicious material.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• ✗Upload resumes or data of other people without their consent.
• ✗Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our scoring logic, weights, or prompts.
• ✗Circumvent rate limits, create multiple accounts to abuse free attempts, or automate access without permission.
• ✗Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Payments (Future)

The Service is free during beta. If we introduce paid plans, we will present pricing, billing terms, and refund policies before you purchase. Paid subscriptions, if offered, will be governed by additional terms presented at that time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidATS and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or, during the free beta, zero).

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability) will survive.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
